Sweet chilli, spicy sweet and sour sauce

This sweet chilli sauce holds four ingredients and nothing else: cane sugar, organic cider vinegar, garlic and chilli. Cut by hand. No thickener, no colouring, so thinner and clearer than the industrial version, and sharper too. With spring rolls, fried vegetables, grilled prawns, or simply through a marinade.
