1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer made by ANGELINO and to every distance contract concluded between ANGELINO and you. Before you place an order, these terms are made available to you so that you can store them.

3. Our offer

Our offer is without obligation and subject to availability. We describe our products as accurately as possible. Images are a faithful representation, but small differences in colour, shape or labelling are possible because these are artisanal products. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us.

4. Formation of the contract

The contract is concluded when you place your order and we confirm receipt of it electronically. Until we have confirmed receipt, you may rescind the contract.

5. Prices

All prices are in euros and include 9% VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately and also include VAT. The total amount is shown before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change prices, but changes never apply to an order that has already been confirmed.

6. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown during checkout. Payments are processed by our payment service provider. Payment is made when the order is placed. We ship only after payment has been received.

7. Delivery

We deliver within the Netherlands only. Shipping costs, processing times and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy. In any case we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless we agree otherwise with you. If we cannot meet that deadline, we will tell you in good time and you may rescind the contract free of charge.

The risk of damage or loss passes to you at the moment you, or a third party designated by you, take receipt of the parcel.

8. Right of withdrawal

In principle you have a 14 day cooling off period. Because we sell food products, statutory exceptions apply to sealed goods whose seal has been broken and to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The full arrangement is set out in our return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Conformity and shelf life

We supply products that conform to the contract and to the applicable legal requirements for food. Every package carries a date of minimum durability. Please store the products according to the instructions on the packaging.

10. Allergens

Ingredients and allergens are stated on the packaging and on the product page. If you have an allergy or intolerance, always read the label on the packaging, as this is decisive. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.

11. Complaints

Complaints about the performance of the contract should be submitted to contact@angelinofood.nl within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. We respond substantively within 14 days, or tell you within that period when you can expect a fuller answer. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may bring your dispute before the competent Dutch court.

12. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, except in cases of intent or wilful recklessness and except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every contract. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country.

14. Changes

We may amend these terms. The terms that applied at the time you placed your order always govern that order.
