Delivery area

We currently deliver within the Netherlands only.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs 6.90 EUR including VAT. Orders of 75.00 EUR and above are shipped free of charge. The exact amount is always shown during checkout, before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders placed before 22:00 on business days are processed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Delivery then usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. In any case we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless we agree otherwise with you.

Shipping and carrier

Your order is shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands, by DHL or PostNL. Once your parcel has been registered you receive a track and trace link by email so you can follow the shipment.

Split deliveries

An order may occasionally be sent in more than one parcel. In that case you never pay shipping costs more than once. Each parcel includes a packing slip listing the items it contains.

Damaged or incomplete deliveries

Our products are fragile and are packed with care. Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email contact@angelinofood.nl within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a few photos. This allows us to resolve it quickly and, where needed, file a claim with the carrier. This period does not limit your statutory rights.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please enter your address details carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to send it again at the shipping rate applicable at that time.
